Passionate conservationists dedicated to protecting elephant corridors

Our team combines expertise in technology, wildlife research, and conservation with a deep passion for protecting Asian elephants and their habitats. With years of field experience and community engagement, we work tirelessly to ensure the survival of elephant populations across India.

Diwakar B S

Founder & Trustee

An MSc (Information Technology) holder, working as a Senior Manager in an IT firm by profession but a wildlife researcher by passion. Diwakar has completed his Wildlife Conservation course from IIT (Kanpur) and has secured Elite Silver category.

He likes interacting with local communities around forest areas to understand Human-Wildlife conflicts and has conducted multiple educational workshops for villagers and schools on various critical topics. He has been actively taking part in various wildlife surveys & census from 2014 with various forest departments across India.

Naveen A

Founder & Trustee

Naveen is an engineer from Bangalore who has been working on Asian elephant science and conservation for the past 7 years. He has gained important field skills and experience working on different aspects of elephant science.

He has been part of various awareness and education programs conducted in villages and schools, and training programs for forest staff and stakeholders. He is an active member of Friends of Elephants, an awareness initiative running for the last 9 years.
